Jessica Cooper is a London-based private chef with a background in Le Cordon Bleu training, fine dining, luxury hotel kitchens, pastry, private households and bespoke events.  Having worked in Michelin-standard kitchens around Mayfair and Knightsbridge, she brings classical technique, discipline and restaurant-level polish to food that still feels personal and full of life.

One of the youngest Head Chefs at Essex’s first organic wine bar, Jessica led a Mediterranean small plates kitchen with a focus on seasonal produce, flavour balance and menus designed to sit beautifully alongside organic and low-intervention wines. 

After branching into the private sector, Jessica has cooked for HNW and UHNW households, private clients, families and people celebrating the moments that deserve better food than the usual beige buffet! Her work ranges from elegant canapés and dinner parties to relaxed sharing menus, nutrition-led household cooking, East Asian-inspired dishes and longer-term private chef roles.

What matters most to her is that the food feels right for the people eating it. Beautiful, yes. Refined, absolutely. But also warm, memorable, full of character, and tailored to the occasion. Her bold takes on classic dishes bring proper technique, generous flavour and just enough personality to make every menu feel unmistakably personal.
